如有现货：每日2pm签下单并付款，我们将安排的当天送出，超过2pm的订单则安排隔天发货
如断货：需等待2-4天左右的制作时间，为您准备和发货
注意：运输公司礼拜天及公共假期休息，期间不发货

如断货：需要2-4天左右的制作时间，再与您确认自取日期

我们提供两个运输方式：

保丽龙箱：RM6.50 - RM10.00（视订单大小而定）
冷冻运费：
S Size: RM35 （15粒）
M Size: RM45（15-20粒）
L Size: RM55（20-25粒）
周一至周四寄出 ➡️ 隔天送达
周五至周日寄出 ➡️ 2天内送达

保丽龙箱：统一 RM5.00
普通运费（按数量计算）：

4 - 7 粒：RM9.50

产品出库时为冷冻状态，普通运输中会逐渐恢复常温。选择此方案需自行承担运输过程中的变质、损坏或延误风险，收货后请确保无误并尽快食用或者马上进冷冻冰箱。

⚠️ Important Notice: Products are frozen when dispatched but will gradually return to room temperature during standard transit. By choosing this option, you agree to assume all risks regarding potential spoilage, damage, or shipping delays. Upon receiving, please check the condition immediately and consume or store in the freezer right away.

粽子是现包的还是冷冻的？Are the rice dumplings freshly made?
我们坚持手工现包，也为了保证食品安全和最大鲜度，粽子在出锅冷却后会立刻进行真空包装并冷冻。
Every dumplings is freshly hand-wrapped, to ensure food safety and maximum freshness, they are vacuum-sealed and frozen immediately after cooling.
收到粽子后要怎么保存？可以放多久？How should i store them and what is the shelf life?
收到粽子后请立刻放入冷冻室保存。冷冻状态下可保鲜3个月，请避免放在常温下。
Please store them in the freezer immediately upon arrival. They can be kept fresh for 3 months when frozen. Avoid leaving them at room temperature.
吃之前需要解冻吗？怎么加热？Do I need to defrost them? How do I cook them?
不需要解冻，直接从冷冻拿出来，水滚后，蒸30分钟，即可恢复刚出锅的软弱口感。
No defrosting needed. Steam them straight from freezer for 30 minutes after water boiled to restore their perfectly soft and sticky texture.
退货退款政策 Refund & Return Policy
基于食品安全及卫生考量，所有粽子一旦发货/取货，不接受任何无理由的退换货取消订单。
特殊情况保障：如果您在收到包裹时，发现因运输问题导致的真空袋破损，漏气或粽子变质，请在收到粽子后的24小时内拍摄照片或视频联系我们客服。经核实后，将为您安排补发货退款。超过24小时或因个人原因保存不当（未及时放入冰箱等）导致的变质，恕不处理。
2. 不接受主观及无理理由退换：食品众口难调，本店不接受任何因个人口味，主观喜好或奇葩理由的退款申请。
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all products sold are not refundable, non exchangeable once dispatched or picked up.
【Damaged Goods Exception】 If your items arrive with severely damaged vacuum packaging or spoilage due to courier delays, please take photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Issues reported after 24 hours or caused by improper storage (failing to freeze immediately) will not be entertained.
2. No retuens/Refunds for personal reason: Food taste are subjective, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on personal taste, subjective preferences, or unreasonable reasons.
